Subject: FINAL WARNING: Regarding Your Gift Card bill

Despite my repeated emails, I have not received a single response from ebillme.com.  I am now sending a copy of this email to AMAZON.COM as well.  If not for AMAZON.COM, I would have never known anything about ebillme.com.  I wish it had stayed that way.

Now I have no more hopes of getting my money back when asked in a polite manner.  My only recourse now is to file a consumer suit to recover my money + interest cost incurred to bank, along with damages for the agonizing wait that I had been through to get my money back.

Hi there:

I guess I now have a real problem in my hand.  For the next couple of months, I will be involved in an outsourcing project in India.  Therefore I have temporarily relocated to India.

What should I do now to recieve the check.  Obviously with me gone, the check will be returned back to you.

Thanks

Hello Sender,
Sorry about the late reply, I was out of the office since the 8th. Your refund was issued by check on the 6th of December. Because your bank sent us a check, we are forced to refund by check as well. We tell our customers that it can take up to 10 business days to be delivered, but you should be receiving it in the mail by the end of the week.

Hi there:

I am wondering why my last email on Dec 9th has remain unanswered.  I am assuming that this is due to the holiday rush,

Please do trace the refund as I still have not received the refund amount in my Credit Union account.

Thanks

Hello Sender,
We received your payment from your bank but we were unable to process it. We tried to call, but the phone number you provided was disconnected. At that point, we are forced to refund your payment. Your payment is now being mailed back to your bank for a refund.

Paying with MoneyGram (Receive code: ZZZZ) Use the MoneyGram ExpressPayment service to pay your eBill at approximately 40,000 MoneyGram agent locations nationwide. MoneyGram charges a fee of $4.95 for this service.
For many MoneyGram locations, including Walmart, please start by completing a blue ExpressPayment form with the following information:
  • Receive Code: ZZZZ
  • Account Number: XXYYYYYYY
  • Company Name: eBillme
  • City/State: Cincinnati, OH
For FormFree locations, such as CVS/pharmacy, please follow these steps:
  1. Pick up the red MoneyGram phone - it will auto dial MoneyGram Customer Service.
  2. When prompted for the transaction type, select Pay A Bill from the menu list
  3. Enter your telephone number.
  4. You will be connected to a live MoneyGram agent who will ask you to confirm your telephone number, name, address, account number (XXYYYYYYY), the amount of your payment and the receive code of the recipient (eBillme receive code is ZZZZ).
  5. You will receive a confirmation number from the MoneyGram agent. Take this confirmation number to the cashier at the retail location who will collect the cash and the MoneyGram fee, and complete the payment.

Paying with PreCash Go to a participating retailer, take your cash payment, the account number (XXYYYYYYY) plus enough cash for a small processing fee. The processing fee is typically $4.95 but could vary by retailer. The retailer will process your payment, collect the fee and the payment will post to your account in one to two business days. Find a participating retailer near you.

Paying with IPP Pay with cash at any IPP office using your account number, (73.93 ) as the company name, and your account number as it appears on your bill (seen above). IPP transfers your payment directly to eBillme, but charges a processing fee of $4.95. Find a participating retailer near you.
